Redirecting e-mail

Hi all!

Anybody knows how i can redirect incoming e-mails to another e-mail address outside of my domain?
So i want to redirect all my mails from [email protected] to [email protected]
Not forwarding because then user1’s mailbox will be full in no time.

Also how can i redirect the existing mail in user1’s mailbox to user2?

Thanks for the help,

Ton.

Honestly…let it go full up. You will receive a warning from the system, and then go their at once and delete everything.

Well, there must be a more “sensible” way, don’t you think?

I’m not sure what you mean? You can setup a forwarding account (not an actual mailbox but just a forward) or a real mailbox that will forward the mail. With the real mailbox you can configure it to forward all mail and also delete all incoming mail. This will give you a real mailbox that will not fill up and will also forward to another email address for you.

Does this help?

That was a good sugestion
Let us know if it works.

This will do what he wants… I have done it before just as you have described.

It’s such a small tickbox (well, actually it’s the same size as all other tickboxes) but yes, it does what i want!!

Thanks guys!!
