If an account pays by CC, and they are due a refund, how to you make it so the amount card is refunded? Right now it looks like they just have a credit balance, but I want to give the money back. How do I do that?

I think it gives credit and you have to process full refund at the merchant. But I will let Atul or one of the billing department confirm this.
