Are relative paths disallowed? I am trying to access my MS Access database using a DSN-Less connection. This database is stored in the root directory. Im trying to access it with a path like this:
“../mydb.mdb”
But it won’t connect. Any idea what’s up?
Turn off the friendly error messages in Tools > Internet Options> uncheck friendly error messages, and you’ll see that there’s a problem on the Jodohost server that you can’t use the symbols ..
Parent paths are not enabled on default for all accounts. Email [email protected] and we’ll have it enabled for you.
