Is I wrote before - we face the same problems again and again /mainly because of Hsphere/. Here is another example - I setup a domain with asp.net 2.0 it works fine and after some time the domain is back to asp.net 1.1 despite that Hsphere shows asp.net 2.0 - the domain is actually using asp.net 1.1 and not working. Why is that?

I opened a ticket and the problem was solved - i just wanted to know why this happens - Hsphere shows asp.net 2 and actually it is asp.net 1.1. I have seen this many times with my client’s domains.
And again another client have the same problem. This means that jodohost support solve the simptoms not the real problems - instead of finding what is the reason for this behaviour - the support will just manualy enable asp.net 2 - How many times this will happen?

There is not much we can do to “find what is the reason” it is just a control panel, they all act up. Plesk is worse than Hsphere in this regard!
