We have recently uninstalled a piece of software that was making the log content incorrect. Hpshere uses an ISAPI plugin to make the web logs, the software we had was modifying the content-length in the logs and reporting inaccurately the bandwidth usage. The reports you see now are the correct and proper bandwidth usage. Prior to us uninstalling this software a 40MB file download would have shown as only about 12KB worth of download and transfer, and the discrepancy was very large, once Psoft(hsphere developers) made this knowledge available to use we uninstalled the software from the servers.
