Please use the spell checker in outlook before sending the email. Re-read your email twice for grammar mistakes and use Microsoft Word if necessary.
Sales emails are very important and even if you spend 10 minutes composing one email that is fine

One more thing, if on livechat or email someone asks if X software is installed. PLEASE ask me or Tanmaya if it does not directly say on the website.

MyOLE is NOT installed, it is very buggy, and will not be installed. We have made a customer very mad over livechat saying it was in sales dept.

Please run such statements by me first.
