I would like to access the Helpdesk to manage my tickets, etc. It asks for my Hsphere login and password, but it’s not secure.

I tried https, but it’s not set up. Is it possible to secure that subdomain so we can login with https?

Anon. Support Resellers - I am sorry we haven’t worked out a way to secure your reseller desks using our SSL certificate. You’d need to buy your own if you’d like to secure it
Cool, thanks for doing that! Along with others, I also didn’t like the idea of entering my CP login unsecured, so I simply haven’t used it at all. :thumb:

The certificate authority has still to be installed so you may get an unrecognised authority error.. We’ll have this corrected shortly

Are you going to change the config in the helpdesk because all the links always go back to http and after login too.
Going back to HTTP after login is good, because response times are faster than being in HTTPS mode all the time. Many thanks heaps to Jodo for doing this, it’s peace of mind for everyone. Thanks guys! :thumb:
Yes but what if you need to put a ticket in with a password included?
will this work for our end user who have 24/7 support?

Who are the CA?
There’s no root certificate on my laptop, just wondering how the root cert is going to get on my laptop without installing it myself
