i want to setup “****.net” for my reselling site, and have done the following:[INDENT] 1) bought .net from namecheap 2) bought reseller account at Jodo, set it up. 3) set “Nameserver Registration” settings at tapnack.net to IPs received from Jodo 4) set DNS (at namecheap) to ns1..net etc..[/INDENT]
i now want to setup my site for ****.net (which is still not getting a reply to pinging - 3 days later??) on my reselling space. so i thought i’d just “buy” myself a plan, but i get an error that the “—.net” zone is already taken , or something.
cane someone give me a hand - how to set this up? i think its also stopping me from getting client’s site up and running, which is more urgent.
tapnack.net is resolving great, the DNS zone is resolving correctly including the name servers.
The reason you can’t ping tapnack.net is because you haven’t setup a site for it. Create a new plan for tapnack.net that has “service domain” selected as one of its options. Signup for that plan without entering a domain name. Once you have activated that account, add “tapnack.net” as a service domain and you’ll be able to ping it within 5 minutes and your site will become active (you’ll have to upload your files of course)

i can get in with http://d137994.m37.tapnack.net , but it seems the actual domian is taking a little longer on this side, cos i cant see it yet
