Hi,

What options are there for a reseller once they have outgrown the platinum package? As your pricing is linear would you charge for another Valuehost package on top?

You could ask for a custom plan

If you are willing, we could also integrate your own servers (managed by us) in that custom plan. The advantage of HSphere is that we could switch you to you own servers step by step, one server at a time.

Thanks Yash, that sounds good. It’s a long way off yet but we really don’t want to have to switch hosts every few years.
