Just few things that I cant find on the feature list:

  1. What sort of backup options do you provide?
  2. Do you run backup daily? weekly?
  3. Any Anti Virus support?
  4. Any Spam filter support?
  5. What sort of memory and how many RAM the server has?

  1. We do backups ever 24-36 hours on each server, we restore freely on a best effort basis on customer request.
  2. Answered in 1.
  3. ClamAV
  4. We use a customized dspam mail gateway, while no spam gateway is perfect, dspam is working quite well now since it has been trained.
  5. Each new server has at least 4GB of FDDIMM DDR2 (on soon to be intro’ed Xeons) or DDR REG ECC RAM(on AMD’s), there are some older servers will 2GB ram, but you would not be on these.
