As user my user is darakan or darakann, and use for pay thye account [email protected]

Today my account was suspended, and I have 10 Very unhappy customers .

The live chat cant say what is the reason. Cerberus, Not answer, a joke as say other.

The only unisual thing i do Lately was fecthing email via Horde of ten emails and 4 are of other accounts here. is this a problem ? Because if is, YOU NEED BLOCK THE FEATURE.

Please unsuspend my account, say what is the problem.. and the 1 of month i go out.

I see that your account was suspened automatically at May 22, 1:49 PM and was resumed at 8:27 manually.

We allow enough time before we automatically suspend an account. Also many reminder emails are sent in between.

If you did not receive an email reminder, please check spam mailbox.

When a suspened account is paid. It does not get resumed automatically. It is resumed manually.

Can you please say what is the matter ? Payment or other ?And please, change my email to [email protected] because is my email out of there.

Was for no payment. In the pastm, i ask you for change my email to notify from [email protected] to [email protected] but was not done.

Payment was done now. Please Change my email manually to [email protected].

You must login to hsphere and unsuspend the accounts, it is the way hsphere works.

Not that it wasn’t my own fault, but my own reseller account recently got suspended due to unupdated credit card information. I wouldn’t say there are many reminders. In fact, there are none.

In retrospect (I forgot that particular subfolder of my mailbox..) there was a “credit card declined” mail almost immediately accompanied with “hosting account showing negative balance”.
The next mail after that was 12 days later “Account has been suspended”.

I should mention that live chat got the account re-enabled in no time after I fixed the payment details, so accounts were only down for a few hours..

there are also “your account is going to be suspended soon” notices sent by hsphere. It sends tem daily at about 2-4am depending on the time it processes the cron for that.
