i have been waiting on live chat for 1 hour
and am waiting fro support email response for 9 hours
do you have a ticket ID?
i see people that have been chatting in excess of one hour, the longest wait time for any was 47 seconds.

Just so everyone knows, this was an abuse issue and not standard support, it has some legal and technical issues to handle that take/took long.
