Resseller needing help in jodo to jodo transition

Hi, i am owner ath the moment of 1 reseller account with you, using around 7 accounts of different customers with his owns control panels.

My problem is i have now configured lobogris.net as main domain, but for good offer reasons, no technical issues i go to sell the domain lobogris.net and want create my brandname with .com.mx as a main service. As far i know, is not possible to change the dns service domains, but have access to change the dns of the domains of my customers in the registry.

I suppose the smooth transition is create a new reseller now, and when is ready, you transfer the accounts from one reseller to other, and in that case the ip address not change for them and the site studio not broke.

I am wrong ?

I assume i am in the old cluster… maybe is time to be ported to the new ?

If you just signed up, you will be on the new cluster, so it won’t be a reseller move possible. I think for this it may be best to submit a ticket for Tanmaya or Deepak to assist, they would be the ones in charge of such a move if it goes across clusters.

at the moment i not signed yet. I do if is needed, but really the whole thing is confuse. Do u suggest i sign now or send to ticket to them or somebody else ?

To be honest, You may find it easier to sign up on the old plans, a we can do an account move with 0 downtime at all then. You should be able to mail the sales department to arrnge this, as the old links have been removed from the site.
