I have a database file that I wanted restored to one of my accounts, but the file is too big to attach to a ticket (1.5MB). Is there any way I can email this file and have it restored?

What you can do is just upload the backup file .bak to you webroot folder and just open up a ticket saying that the backup file has been uploaded to or and we shall do the restore for you.
Also mention the Database name for which you need to be restored.
