I’ve just about completing the installation of my linux VPS, whith email server and BIND DNS.
However, How can I add reverse DNS - Do I need to post a support ticket.
The reason for this is that certain mail servers will reject emails coming from addresses that don’t have a reverse PTR.
I don’t want to use JODOhosts mail server.
submit a ticket and rDNS will be made within 24-36 hours
Note: rDNS is not available on shared plans or reseller plans for shared hosting, only VPS plans can have rDNS configured.

I am too on Win VPS plan. I submitted a request today for reverse DNS and received a reply that I can get the RDNS set for only one domain mail server on my VPS and all other domains will have to use it as the mail server.
What if each domain is used by different company. Is it something wrong in my understanding?
I have seen many hosting providers allowing rdns for multiple domains names on single IP, so why Jodohost cannot offer the same?

we can put multiple names per IP does it doesn’t do a lot of good, it will simply go in a round robin fashion and the first one that comes up will be the first one to show to the user.
