Do you have any plans to make it on the list to be compliant with the LOPD law from Spain?
I am looking over this safe harbor, and to me it is a bogus govt money grab trap…privacy is between you and us, and we have it spelled out already…I don’t know haven’t looked into it much but it is just more govt interference in life, what is new 
Europe laws or at least Spain require to have all personal data from users (even if it’s just a forum with nicknames, emails are personal data) on national servers. That means someone in Spain could have a problem for hosting on Jodo’s servers. The Safe Harbor list makes it automatically compliant and not a problem anymore for someone in Spain hosting with you.
There are other ways, but this one seems to be the easier one.
Is it very expensive?
