What is the possibility of getting a secure webmail connection? Currently we cannot access webmail over an https socket.

im not sure but i think i head stephen saaying its not possible at present,

you maybe able to add a custom one within your account, then secure the domain thats used but not sure

Yes, you can do this and offer it on a subdomain like webmail.yourdomain.com to your clients.

tanmaya i’ve created webmail.mydomain.com, what do i do now?

Now you can setup any webmail client software on this domain and once it works fine, get a dedicated SSL cert for this sub-domain and install.
