I am looking for a “secure” server before I commit to an provider.

  1. Can you provide documentation of 3rd party testing showing that your servers are secure?
  2. Can I have permission to do a scan of one of your servers to determine open ports?
  3. How often are website backups conducted?
  4. Can I have a website restored?

  2. You could. But since we allow Passive FTP, you won’t find all ports blocked
