I recently purchased the email lists from 3 chamber of commerce’s in my area and want to blast out an announcement about my new business and advertising to them. I will have a link on the bottom for them to unsubscribe from our list and I wanted to know if there was going to be any issues with me sending out this huge mass email? The one chamber has 4000 members the others are not quite as large, but they are large. I don’t want to be considered spam and I am worried about that.
