Server down every morning (Italian time)

I’m having problems accessing my site and all of my clients’ sites as well every morning (Italian time),
has anyone had my same problmea, he resolved, are 5 months I send email support but they are not Enlarged to solve the problem, in my opinion, and it seems to be a problem on the backup server goes down.

does anyone know how to solve it?

We don’t have any alerts of this, or reports from others, you are reporting it on two servers on different nodes and same time, it seems very odd to me to be honest.
