Server down [upstream Routing issue related]

Hi

I am having problems with websites on 64.187.104.95 I have opened a ticket also (IZW-76397-519)

I can access the websites from my iPhones 3G connection but they do not work from my PC. My ISP is BT Broadband and I am also having problems accessing www.jodohost.com again same problem

Just-Ping reports that the server is accessible from most of the world but not from London, UK

I am a UK based customer so this is a big problem for me.

Hello,

the server is actually up and going, but yes some routing issue in some places and we are trying to pinpoint what exactly and if possible route around it. We are limited in what we can do on some outbound routes but possibly can drop some routes to force over others.

Yes same as we have from others, basically it is making it in, but packets not returning due to one exit path not working to some places. Had to do some paperworks for some of it just a little bit ago.

I need to give my clients at least a rough estimate

I’m having problems accessing my site and all of my clients’ sites as well, hope this gets fixed ASAP.

As Magikroom asked, is there an estimate??

If i has an estimate I’d give. This isn’t a ‘server down’ issue, it is a routing issue that involves many more level of onion peel, going to many places to get replies now. I have multiple people on the line now checking, over 6 in total now.

I can get to jodohost.com when using my cable ISP but not Clearwire ISP… Go Figure

Mobile phone 3G works too.

I am fine from here viewing the websites but the vast majority of my clients are having problems viewing their site and sending / receiving email
