Server Error in '/' Application

I have uploaded a site in jodohost. The site was developed using asp.net and sql server 2000. while opening the site in the browser, it displays an error “server error in ‘/’ application”.
The pages without database connection are displaying without any error.

kindly give me some suggestions.
