web12 - my client’s site not working on web12, win27 - ftp not working, file manager very slow - yesterday was the same - the support told that they solved the problem - this is typical here - the same problem happens again and again - are doing something about this or we are waiting Stephen and Tanmaya to be on shift.
And again - win27 there is a problem - nobody answers support tickets, no info on the forum. Is it so difficult - you just need to recycle the application pool - why it takes you hours - is there anybody here?
ivanrk, when you are in own pool it is an issue of monitoring we cant monitor EVERY site.
But there are certainly people around just dome on chat when urgent.
Win27 I have sent a notice to a client that is causing most of the issues and hoping for some resolution soon.
4 hours after I opened a ticket about this my client’s site is still down - please tell me why, several other clients on win27 call me to complain about service unavailable on win27, when I try to add a new domain I get error too, mssq11 backup restore not working too /or extremely slow/, I opened a chat session - the operator told me to wait several minutes - it is more that 1 hour now and no reply from him. Meanwhile my clients call me and ask logical questions - if the pool is down why not restart it? If there is a problem with one of sites in the pool why dont stop this site and make others working. Combine this with the slow CP, Hsphere bugs and my expirience here is a nightmare - which I believe is the same with every serious reseller here.
I don’t know why any site would be down on win27, I even executed an iisreset a at 5am, so it certainly wasn’t down after this point.
Yes one site was continually causing problems and even with us putting CPU limits on it it was still zooming to 1GB RAM used and 40% in record time, then recycling, however it was not keeping the other sites down.
In addition there is no ‘continual hsphere’ problem, mssql11 is not slow but I may have missed something the backup app as it is a bit of a pain to install and the server is new, I will check it.
win27 is doing quite well since getting some reduced cpu and ram usage off from one site
That will be FULLY rectified within the next days as the site moves off totally.
now file manager slow, first time for me to really see such a complaint and I am checking it
btw that client ever get his pages fixed that we keep restoring sql on?! grrr these sql injection robots are growing old fast! causing extreme ticket loads, but many people getting sites secured up!
