Are you currently doing some maintenance task or similar? this past two weeks we are experiencing some very slow responses from the server, and even sometimes (4 or 5 each day) the server becomes unreacheable (we are using a couple of server monitoring services, 3rd party companies).
Regarding our last hack issue, we already figured out how do they get-in and, of course, we already fixed it.
