HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
Since this afternoon. Also get same error when attempt to access AWSTATS (CGI PERL?).
Not first time I have seen this error recently. Didn’t you folks used to have a server monitoring program to alert you when a server stops responding? What’s up with the long downtime???
Could you please check now and provide us the domain name so that we can check the issue. While we have refreshed the application pool services.

We do have the monitoring program running on all production servers but it cannot probe each and every application pool on the server, it does check if the IIS services are running or not, however if there is a application pool crash it do not get reported. We shall explore if there is a way to monitor application pools as well.
