What is the easiest way for me to setup an account for a new customer? I want to create the account for them on my end so they do not have to do the signup process, etc. but I wantto create it so they have their own means ot get to the control panel and so on once I have it all created.
Can accounts be added for hosting packages via the admin account?

I would think the easiest way is simply to go through the normal signup process for them, then hand over the logon details when you have it all set up.
