OK…I know I’m going to sound stupid BUT I’ve had an account for many months at jodo and not yet used it…SO…can someone help/point me in the right direction for clear details of how to set a site up for a client that I urgently need to move from my previous hosting company.

Just add the domain(domain settings → Add New Domain) and FTP the website data. Then change nameservers.
You can contact our support team if you face any problems doing this.
Don’t feel bad, I did the same thing. The HSphere is a bit confusing first time in. The Jodo LiveChat turned out to be the best thing. Still took me several days, on and off, to get things going. I am still playing with “test” domains and accounts before I start transferring my acoounts from my other reseller companies.
It does appear, HMHO, that Jodo is better then any of the others. The support staff and community is very good.

I’d create the site on Jodo and check it out, before I changed the DNS name servers to point to Jodo…z
