Does anyone have a how to guide, or example code on creating my own sign-up forms for packages?

I would use http://www.appnitro.com/ for an actual form creator program. That way you don’t have to worry about coding and etc..

Thanks, but creating a form isn’t the issue - just wondering if I can use my own form to pass data through to my control panel, so people can signup to packages through a nicer looking signup page.
