Signup problem (Port 8443)
I am interested to sign up for one of the window reseller package but unfortunably i cannot proceed further than the “checkout” page as my corporate firewall is blocking port 8443. Please advise.
Does it also mean that I would not be able to access the H-Sphere Control panel too? I hope the control panel is using port 80 instead of other ports.

The control panel uses port 8443 or 8080 (https or http).
We should be changing ports within a week. The last time we tried we faced issues.

That means I would have to wait till the ports are changed before I would be able to sign-up. And what’s important to be would be the ability to access the control panel via port 80 (HTTP).
Guess I would have to hold my horse first…

If the control panel is unaccessible through other ports, do you provide a web-based ftp access via port 80?
FTP access is available over port 21. The control panel has an inbuilt file-manager.
We will be changing ports shortly. We will be announcing it beforehand however to give our reseller time to change URLs

But I have to decide on my hosting provider latest by next week. So is there any firm dates decided yet?

Actually I am really in a rush to sign up for a reseller account, and at the bare minimum, i must be able to access the control panel via my office network (which is pretty strict).
But the best scenario for me would be having access to both the control panel and a full fledge web-based (Port 80) FTP/file manager.
I am not sure whether am I the only one with this situation. But a host that could offer me the best scenario would be a great value-add.
Great News. Seems that we have a date for the migration of the ports to standard HTTP port 80.

“no Reseller DNS IP is available for host 23”
Just adding them, try in 5 minutes.
OK, we have added enough IPs to take care of 100 new resellers.
