SimpleXML Available in PHP?

Is SimpleXML available for PHP on either the Windows or Linux hosting plans?

SimpleXML is PHP5 which we don’t offer, we have PHP4 and domxml however(yes I know it is different)

When Psoft/Hsphere support it, or it is a viable option for manually enabling we will.
