My clients’s sites have been going down a lot more frequently since your move. I just opened a ticket for a site that’s been down at least three times since the move. I’m not sure if it’s just coincidence, something related to your new infrastructure, the aging Hsphere system, or alien invaders…
I’ve had the same problem - on my re-seller account certain domains seem to go down frequently. Often Live Chat gets them up and running - but occasionally I’ve had to open a ticket.
I’ve noticed it on different servers - I’m on Cluster 1 - and it doesn’t seem to affect every domain I have on a server.
This week one domain on Web15 was down several times in one day, and then again a couple of days later - however I have 9 other domains on that server and NONE of them were affected.
Looking at my support tickets, it looks like last week was Web16 - two different domains.
It does seem odd…
The domains that do work are incredibly fast - I have one eCommerce/WordPress setup on Jodo and 2 other hosts, and the Jodo install KILLS the other two in terms of load times and performance. The same files, same database set - identical “sites” but the performance is not even close.
