I have my main site that has been down 2 days and I have put in a ticket # AN #GUY-59988-441 and keep getting a same reply back about checking my ns1 name server. This same response that I have received 4 times has done me no good and has given me no information on how to correct this. I hope someone else can review this probelm and fix my site. 2 days is not good to have my main site down. All my sites running php were affected and I have fixed the others myself but this one may need a complete install of a backup from Jodo Host.
As far as name server ip’s no one from Jodo Host ever informed me that the ip’s have changed. Also if this is the case then how are the other sites using the same name servers running?
The one site in question comes up with a blank tempate and no content.
We regret for all the trouble caused by this. I have udpated your ticket,Please check that.
Site operational and running normally now
Thanks for the help on this Deepak. Everything seems to be back to normal now. I know that everyone at Jodo did their best to get everything corrected quickly.
