Live chat says there is only 1 person in your company which is Tammaya that can fix this and is allowed to. Why is this???

Re: Site down because of ZEND and no one can FIX??

WebD, calm downa little bit, Tanmaya is not off or gone for weeks, nor has he been, and others can fix this. TICKET is always the best option, live chat is for urgent matters or to bump an existing ticket for urgency, I understand you want the site up, but live chat isn’t going to be able to help with this directly.

IM just saying what if he was not around for long time, I know hes not off for weeks they said 1 hour, according to live chat he is the only one that can install stuff on server. This was installed, soemting happen that the site went down…

Re: Site down because of ZEND and no one can FIX??

looks like your site got moved form php4 to php5, and that caused this, we did not make this move, did you cleint make it wanting to move to newest PHP version?

No he would not know how to do this I don’t even think he knows how to log into the control panel, I manage his sites…

did you change PHP versions even by accident? that is what happened here

no I didn’t the only reason i went in today was to install new SSL certificate then went to site to test it when I saw error.. How else could it of gotten changed??

only ways are web service disabled/enabled, or php version changed, did you by any chance turn web service off and back on when prepping for SSL?

no, but there was the apply link saying apply new changes i did that but i didnt change the php prior…

ahh if there was an apply changes link, it could have been done long ago and not set :frowning:

that’s probably what did it there.

BTW, the site’s been up at least 30 min now

Glad you have it resolved now, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Just to keep everyone clear on this topic, a few things that have major effect (like installs that have server/cluster wide scope) need my approval. And ‘no’, I’m not the only one who can do such installs. Other team members do it more than me these days. With our team structure and required delegation already in place, we can easily manage offs/vacations, without such requests waiting on us.
