Our site at www.detroithistorical.org is down. I submitted a ticket, ZQM-35727-466, and also was on live chat. Your live chat rep hung up on me after taking a very long time to respond to my questions, and my ticket has been unanswered. Can someone please take a look at this ASAP?

sorry yours is old ip issue due to dns not updated.

What status forum are you talking about? What is the new IP? Have you ever thought that you aren’t giving out the info in a good enough manner and that’s why so many people have problems? I never get status emails either on my account even though I check my spam as well. I never know about a change until my sites go down.

We have emailed more than a dozen times, if you aren’t getting emails check your contact address on your reseller account contact info.

We WILL NOT post all information publicly, and I posted a draft of todays mail here on the forums. DNS changes have been required for oh…months now. Easiest way now is to look in the control panel, see the IP, and change the A record.

Another way is an NS lookup:
