I just posted a ticket as requested by Yash (see another thread I started) . My site has unfortunately become slow again. Other internet sites work normal so it’s not my ISP, but something with jodohost servers.

Not solved site is now completely down. Seems to be a problem with the MSSQL server:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error ‘80004005’
SHUTDOWN is in progress.
ms sql server was hitting extremely high cpu usage.
This is very unusual for a sql server. Someone is hitting the server with alot of large queries (a few every second).. we’ll need to locate his database and disable it till the customer rectifies the issue

Yep my site is effected as well. Any pages requiring access to my SQL database fail to load.

Fixed.. your sites are loading fast now..
we found who was abusing the server.. it was someone on this forum 
We are going to move him to another server just to prove its his site
