I have to say I am not overly impressed so far with the speed of our sites at Jodohost. We have some test sits both static HTML from the Site Builder as well as ASP.NET and DNN sitrs and they all seem to be slow loading.

On each you can watch it load each graphic and the sites just don’t have that pop to them and appear sluggish.

Can you please check the servers to see if there are any issues or comment on what might be the problem.

They seem to be loading well from the UK. Don’t seem slow at all.

all under a second total load time for me, on comcast cable.

Hmm, must be from my ISP for some reason.

The ping and trace look find, I just find the sites sluggish loading, especially the graphic elements.

Not sluggish at all here, loads up very quickly. Could it be something in the way your browser treats images? Try using a different browser

Hello,

I used Httpwatch ( http://www.httpwatch.com/ )

It is an IE plugin. Absolutely fantastic tool. Great if you are a designer, programmer etc. Very useful for finding problems/refining your sites.

Also, if you are a Firefox fan, check out the free tool at Web Developer
Amazingly useful for live CSS editing and showing you images marked in live pages etc.

Hope you don’t mind me saying, but there are a few biggish gifs on the page that would be much smaller as jpegs without much (if any) loss in visual quality. That would speed up the graphics dropping in alot.
