When i log in to auctionnow it takes me to my general page,auctionnow .us will not come up.help

I opened your site www.auctionnow.us and saw that the default control panel page is opening. You must delete that page. and rename your home page to index.html. If you want a different home page, do this:

  1. Log into your CP
  2. Click on Web Settings
  3. Click on your Domain
  4. Turn On Directory Indexes
  5. Specify a new directory index like home.asp and press submit

well i lost the whole auction site.don’t know what to do now.

There are no files to the auction site,and i don’t have a backup cd.

I asked what exactly did you do that caused the files to get deleted. I’d put a warning up for other customers

The latest backup we have wouldn’t be including your website so there is really nothing we can do from this end.
