sadly, I got the response of “it was only down 1-2 minutes.”
I sat here for at least 15 minutes, and who knows how long it was down before that. I don’t care that it was down for that long, I just don’t want to be told otherwise when I’m sitting here for at least 15 trying the site, over and over, with no page loading…
This is my second bad experience with LiveChat. The first was one of those miracles, where my problem somehow fixed itself, and the tech didn’t want to tell me how it was fixed. All I want is the truth, how hard is that? 
Web2 had a bad script that caused the problem. We have corrected that and hopefully it shouldnt happen again
We have web2 monitored very closely and infact our helpdesk system is on web2 as well. Rest assured that we were aware of the issue before you were.
The length of the outage was under 15 minutes, I am very sure of that. I’ll let you know the exact outage sure
