My sites are not available. I can’t even use the Reseller Helpdesk. When visiting the Reseller Helpdesk, I get this error message:
Cerberus [ERROR]: Could not connect to database. Check your site.config.php DB_* settings.
Reason: (Too many connections)
I’m not able to logon to mysql2 server, and since my sites are using MySQL, the sites are not available.
I think this is the 5th or 6th time the site has been down due to the same error since I’ve become a customer of Jodohost.
just want to update this thread. Now the sites are working well …

Win2 lost network connectivity for a moment, and took a while to come back up(reestablishing mysql and mssql connections). We got an alert about it,but by the time I logged in it was back up.

Issue was resolved a while ago. mySQL2 is being abused by a customer (excessive connections) and we are working to track it down
