Sites down for 12 hours - win24 - ASP not working

I have a couple of sites down for about 12 hours due to ASP not working. Ticket DZX-22772-885

Is there no status check you guys run that alerts you to that? It’s not always obviously from the web site front end that ASP doesn’t work, which means sites can be down for many hours without anyone reporting it. Pages work unless they have ASP on them.

We have already replied your ticket with details , please check. And we do have alerts, which is configured at server level, so individual site level alert on shared server is not feasible.

These sites are down again, this time for 7 hours according to the logs.

I can see ticket has been replied by other tech and sites are also working at this moment, but will check further for the root cause of this issue.

Thanks. Note that one of those sites is now scheduled for move to a new server.
