Several of our sites are down. I called support and they acknowledged an issue on your side and asked me to open a support ticket. I tried submitting one through the Cerberus Helpdesk, but got an error after submitting, so I’m not sure if it went through. I can’t send an e-mail because our e-mail is down also.
I think you probably saw in the thread about network issue, but there was a quite widespread routing problem.
I want more answers on it and have inquiries in, in fact as we were debugging and trying to find any fault on our side, with no action of our own, all came back up. This was not an attack, we know that for sure, it was not a switch fail or our side routing failure, we were in all that remote (and I was at car shop with my car up on lift getting oil change and tire rotation, it had been over 6500 miles since changing and needed it BAD! too bad these places aren’t open 24/7!)
Stephen - Thanks for the response. It seems as though you got everything back online pretty quickly. If you have answers as to what caused it will you post a reply on the network issue post?
Not yet, I am following up again with one of the fiber carriers as it seems to me they lost some communications, it seemed up but wasn’t passing traffic. We have a ticket in to see if any issue occurred on that end but not gottena call yet, going to make sure they know my email address as well to follow up.
