My sites are down since about an hour or so! Please fix this. I am submitting a ticket too.
the sites have not been down for an hour. The server dropped from sensors about 10 minutes ago and we are checking it out
There is a site on the server using 100% cpu usage 
We’re working on the issue…
Not a site, the virus scanner on the server went crazy.
that was killed and the server is being rebooted as of now…

SiteUptime, HyperSpin and WebSitePulse monitor all servers. That as well as nagios are our sensors and report to us whenever any service fails
Total reported downtime is 25 min. You might want to check your monitoring software.
The 5 tickets submitted about this issue all came in several minutes after the issue

So hyperspin actually says 10 minutes of downtime
