Hans,

We monitor these servers every single minute of the day bothinternally and externally, they have not had near that amount of downtime,on any server. Win5 is the only one close to that, due to some problems in the last week,that have now been resolved.
You are not on the win5 server.

Also, it looks like you are doing 1 hour checks, they are highly inaccurate.

Have to agree with Stephen. These types of services aren’t all that reliable.

Will there be a website in the future for the resellers to go to examine live status of servers and such.

There is a link on the main site under Support / Server Status, but it doesn’t bring anything up.

It would be nice to be able to see this.

Ok, in all fairness, SiteUpTime only checks once per hour to see if the site is down or not. However, since it only checks once an hour, there could be many little downtimes of a shorter duration. I don’t know what server I’m on…maybe one with ‘issues’…lol…z

Even at 99.9% uptime, this allows for 7.2 hours of “fair” downtime per month. I am fairly confident that there was no where near that downtime for your server.

These stats only reflect a 7 day period. An actual 30-day period uptime stats are always higher. You can request me for a monthly report at the end of each month (Sept 30 for this month)
