Sites Hacked?

I am viewing a few of my websites in Chrome and looking at the developer tools. The response headers for the page have "

How can I resolve this? There are no files on the sites that have this code in it.

Ticket [SIZE=11px][FONT=Tahoma]INW-48303-919 was opened and has a list of the affected sites.[/FONT][/SIZE]

It is resolved, sadly something really old and first mention of it, I knew of one inserted to a peru govt website that the server hosted, they used a 0 day exploit to hack that site and screw up the IIS process for a short time, and looks they were able to set the header systemwide then, but it is removed and set.

(btw the patch was released a week later and server patched up as well)
