jodohost home page states 99.9% sla uptime gaurantee yet when the link is visited (sla.asp) sla shows 99.5%.

How the I get the money back from the last couple months?
You never had even 90% uptime in the last 6 months!
Um, we had well over 90% update, over 99% uptime, you are very incorrect, but you can request a refund with SLA if you provide proof.
All our servers are maintaining 99.9% uptime. Very occasionally will we fail to meet our SLA at least at the server/network level.
We have certainly had no where close to 10% downtime as you state.
