At this time of day CP is practicaly useless - it takes me 5 -10 minutes just to login. Why? After countless number of CP maintenances?
Same go’s for me, control panel is very slow.
Maintenance is an ongoing task, every day tens of thousands of new records are made and edited, it is a not a one hit wonder type of thing.
In fact very very critical cron jobs were running, the billing cronjobs.
Well, as far as im concern… you can skip the billing cronjobs…
then your account will get suspended? I don’t think yo want that. Billing is different than suspend cronjob, without payments being credited the suspend job suspends.
Just joking Stephen, you are doing a grate job and im very happy with your service for 2 years that im with you.

I wonder how other resellers are doing the job - it takes me 30minutes just to login in the CP and search for client account. We can’t work this way. In the last year or two we listen that your cluster is big and so on - I know it is psoft fault for this slow panel but if you are so big then make them to solve the problem. First I decided to open another reseller account on new cluster but I am sure is it a matter of time this problem will happen to them too.
I pay 100$ a month just for Hsphere licences /200 CP accounts/ - why - for their great panel? But the worst thing is that - it doesn’t seem the problem will be solved in the next couple of years. Of cource when it is US time the CP is working just fine - I am sure jodopeople know about this. Maybe I have to change my tme zone and find clients from USA.
CP was slow for few mins, we took care of it immediately.Can you please update if you still notice same issue.
Everyday at this time CP is useless. In the last 1 hour I am trying just to sign up a new client without success. I don’t know waht to do. I stopped advertising my hosting services - this is wasting money.
It doesn’t seem to be a cp issue, We need to check it.
Please create a ticket and mention plan which you are singing up for, we will signup for a test account (if you allow us ) under this plan.
Is it just me or the CP is useless again? In the last 3 hours I try to sign up a new client - without success.
I know it is useless to post here - but when several of my clients are waiting me to do the job and I cant evenfind their accounts because the CP is so slow - it is unusable, there is nothing else I can do.
I don’t know what you are doing at this time of day every day - for 3 4 hours CP is not usable after that it is fine.
I’m aware of slowness issue during that period and another control panel DB maintenance should take care of it.
We are planning to make it once-a-month practice so the issue is addressed before it becomes visible.
Thank you! This will bring more customers for me for sure - because now when they try to open a trial account from my site and they can’t - the people just give up.
sometimes it takes me almost 5-8 min sometimes even longer, to open a generic search and other options, hopefully this monthly tweak will help, it does get very frustration when your trying to work…
