Anyone else nothign slowdowns on their sites? At times ours are totally unresponsive. Spoke with support and they say everything is fine on that end . So maybe an internet issue?

Windows servers are working slow 
I am not seeing any such slowdowns, servers, urls, pages all help in such reports.
I moved arshiv.com from win2 to win13 for slowdowns.
win2 sites I test loaded in less than 4 seconds including the DNS lookup since I had not visited it since my last reboot.
you site loaded the actual content and forums quickly but seemed to take a long time on eithe the header or footer, is it being pulled with XML for the ads?
header ads getting from another site.
That is the only thing taking more than 2 seconds max to load here, I see it hitting some 38.98.something IP, and some ad on iyi.net that were the only things taking time on my side.
This ads from Turkey servers. I will control all again. Thx for information.
Getting a lot of slowdowns here (hosforest.co.uk, newforestcurryclub.co.uk, thebo.co.uk and grahambenn.co.uk) are all running slow. All of them are running on win12 and I’m getting intermittent packet loss of up to 30% when running a ping plot.
I forgot to add that if you go to Host Forest | A Great Environmentally Friendly Web Host it shows the page generation times at the bottom of the page, this has been ranging from between 3 and 29 seconds whereas it usually loads in 0.003 to 0.6 seconds.

Now the thing I ammost intereted in is the 30% Ploss, can you please run a traceroute, or better yet download and run winMTR for about 5 minutes, if we can find the router with Ploss it will help a whole lot!

I have the pool issue fixed for you, but am still tryingto catch the site that keeps crashing it, since I was here when it crashed I now know what pool to be watching.
Edit: it is alreadyback, I have it loaded up.

Thanks for taking a look, they actually came back to full speed about 10 mins after I posted 
I actually moved you out of the crashing pool, and it is now by itself, I will be watching the net1pool2(the name of the pool you were in), to see if I can catch what site is causing the crash there. as I weed out possible sites they will be placed in pools by themselves, if they behave properly they will be moved back in, but this is the typical process for finding the cause of crashes in application pools, and it works well, just takes some time.
Padwah, sounds like the ploss was a localized or otherwise routing issue, something we are interested in knowing about when they happen, if it happens again feel free to take a traceroute or winMTR measurement on it for us and we will send it to internap.
