Please advise on timeframe to a fix… customers calling in.

Seems to have cleared up now… but would still like to know what the blip was about. JodoPulse cleary showed downage.

Sorry, i had to rush my way back home so didnt responded here. Mail4 issue was immediately taken care of. As usual it was a huge number of SMTP connections from botnets and loads of spam as well. Since it happens all in a short interval, the blip reflected. I do have this in mind when working on our new system.

Thanks for the response… that’s what I suspected… just wanted to be certain.
