  1. what does it means with “User Accounts” 15 Free 30 Free and so on

  2. Can I oversell BW within my allocated BW amount?

  3. Is there a way to migrate account or email account from Helm to Hsphere?

  1. It means you can give 15 control panels to your customers for free. Every additional control panel costs $0.50/month. You can treat it user account as each customer account

  2. Definately. You can even oversell disk space

  3. If you can provide us the necessary information available at http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/sysadmin/migrate_users.html , we can do batch account creation for you. We can also assist you with moving data
