Something seems to be wrong with win14, for some reason asp pages never load.
ASP is loading in 124ms according to:

Can you submit a ticket?
I already did over a hour and a half ago and still no response (HOQ-30903-259). As I stated in the ticket its working now but would like to know what happened since it wasn’t working for almost 15 mins.
Yes, it seems ASP was down for 10 minutes at 7/17/2006 2:21:26 PM EST according to our alerts.
According to the tech.. IIS had to be reset, apparently there a script had eaten away the memory.
